Beloved, we are living in prophetic times. Times that many Indigenous/Native American nations prophesied. The Q'ero Inca lineage that I humbly serve & carry have the Eagle & Condor prophecy. There are many layers to this prophecy, but I will summarize here to share that in essence, this prophecy speaks to the liminal space we are in. It speaks to the in-between space we are living in…where the old world is crumbling, and the new is not yet born.And the opportunity presented to us here to co-birth… This prophecy also speaks to the patriarchy and colonization, and the need for us as a human species to change course…to release, to unlearn.To, in other words, empty so that we can be available for the new earth and its abundant possibilities. And so here, I invite you to take a deep breath as it feels most aligned. Here, I invite you to begin to tap into the energy of possibilities. What does this feel like in your body? What sensations does it bring up? What emotions are here? What visions and messages even? What is being asked to be honored and witnessed? May you receive.

Yes, destruction is here. The old colonial patriarchal paradigm and its oppressive systems are falling. And we too are being asked to shed dominating ways of being. We are being invited to reclaim our sovereignty…to alchemize the wounds and the pain, so that we do not remain stagnant in our journey. Yes, destruction is here. And birth is here too. We are also being invited to lean into harmony and relational ways of being, to honor the process and birth of Creation instead of shortcutting and exploiting and forcing all for capital gain. We are being asked to both unlearn and remember the sacred ways. Can you welcome the shift dear one? Can you nurture the sacred? Can you tap into this higher reality and way of seeing? Can you begin to see this is also a time of abundant possibilities? And so here is an invitation… An invitation to see that emptying is not an absence, but a PRESENCE. An invitation to see that for us to receive, we must practice CLEARING. When we release what is no longer serving us, personally and collectively, we become clear vessels. We become available for the new and what is next…We begin to welcome in the sacred feminine medicine that is needed at this time…tending, and nurturing, honoring, rather than bypassing and forcing. In this practice of releasing, of shedding, many emotions may come up…fear even. Rather than seeing the unknown as a portal of birth, we have been programmed to fear it. Perhaps as a way of inhibiting us from tapping into our power…from suppressing our natural ability to be co-creators with our Great Mother Earth…. And so, if we are here…we honor the emotions, we witness them, we hold space for them, and we see them for the messages they came to teach us. If fear is coming up for you in the emptying, in the shedding, in the releasing, what is it trying to show you? What is it trying to TEACH you? What is this saying about you? And, what is it saying about the state of our world? Compassion and courage as we honor these dense emotions…For it is important to witness them…But we do not stay there. We ALCHEMIZE. We alchemize so that we begin to harness the energy and the power of the unknown. We alchemize to see the possibilities that are available to us. We alchemize so that we can appreciate the cyclical ways of being, not just forcing the linear ones. And so in this clear and full presence, creation is possible, visioning is possible, dreams become possible, a new earth is possible, and a new earth can begin to be born…through you. How does this feel beloved? How does it feel to remember that you are a portal of possibility? How does it feel to begin to know that you are a powerful co-creator when you can honor the flow and the medicine of the divine feminine in you? What does it feel like to see? What does it feel like to allow yourself to be?

Dear one, I am here to invite you into the remembering of who you were born to be. You see, I believe that you have been prayed for by your ancestors. You have been specifically prayed for to come into being at THIS specific time. I believe that your soul CHOOSE to incarnate into this reality to help bring forth a better world.I believe it is no coincidence that we are here together in the biggest shift humanity has ever seen. We were BORN for this, and our souls are EQUIPPED. It is time to remember our original instructions.It is time to return to our sacred ways.It is time to bring forth the new…to have reverence for & practice the ancient teachings, and allow them forth in modern ways. What a beautiful thing to remember, isn’t it? I hope you feel it too… And while it is beautiful and magical even, it also involves difficulty, and discomfort. And this efforting, is necessary, it is part of the birth. In this space there is possibility too. For here I invite you to know that medicine and wisdom don’t just come from love and light, but the shadows too. There is magic and possibility in the dark as much as the light. And here beloved, I invite you to reframe that when you are having a difficult time, there is not something wrong with you. That when you are having a difficult time, perhaps it is an appropriate reaction to the violence of this colonial paradigm. That when you are having a difficult time, perhaps it is the shadows you are being asked to face. Because the unlearning of colonial ways, of the colonial mind, requires decolonial shadow work. Decolonial shadow work invites us to see the ways we are colluding with this harmful paradigm, even when we say we disagree. Decolonial shadow work invites us to see the ways we are upholding this oppressive system, even when we do not consent. Decolonial shadow work invites us to look at the the ways we force, the ways we exploit, the ways we extract, the ways we engage in urgency, the ways we bypass relation, the ways we engage in saviorism, the ways we engage in superiority, and individualism to the rejection of right relationship, to the ways we reject the process of honoring, relating, and sacred reciprocity. Compassion and courage here to be able to see… Compassion and courage here to be able to change… Witnessing, and alchemizing… This too is part of the emptying, the clearing…to receive. Dear one, if we do not allow this space, we will not be able to RECEIVE. Without clearing, without shedding, without alchemizing, continuously, we will not be able to receive from the spiritual realms…we will not be able to hear our soul’s call. If we do not clear and allow this full presence, we will be filled with the noise of the world, with other people’s opinions, with other people’s energies…especially if you are an empath, a highly sensitive person, like me. If we do not clear and allow this full presence, we will continue to engage in colonial patriarchal ways and cause unconscious harm. We must learn this skill of clearing, and alchemizing, so that not only can we receive, but so that we can receive from the highest realms, so that our true soul essence can shine, for this is what is needed for the new earth. New energies, clearing of the old…so that the possibilities and the visions can make themselves known. Beloved, do you see? It is in this way that we become a clear vessel, how we become an instrument for the new paradigm. This is how we become who we need to be, so that the new earth can arrive. And so I invite you dear one to practice, to create sacred space so that you can clear to receive.

Here are a few of my most beloved and daily practices that help to ground me, and maintain my channel open to receive the highest visions, to be the medicine and wisdom that my ancestors and guides, Creator, sent me to be. May you receive. 1) Take a moment daily to connect with Mother Earth & bring her an offering to begin your journey. Introduce yourself to her and ask her to help hold you and provide you with guidance on this path. Connecting & meditating daily with our Mother will begin to quiet your brain, & begin to harmonize your breath, & your resonance to the sacred energies of all of Creation. It is in this space and energy, where compassion and courage, and possibilities begin to take form. 2) Deep belly breaths throughout your day. Because we live in a colonial patriarchal society that encourages urgency & productivity, we have almost forgotten how to breathe. And so we need to retrain our breathing, to slow, deep belly breaths. This breathing from our belly instead of our chests, connects us to our life force. When we breathe from our belly, and exhale deeply, we activate the relaxation response in our body and mind. Our heart rate begins to slow, our blood pressure begins to lower, we return back to presence, and to our spirit, to the space of possibility not contrived perfection. When you need help returning to peace, place your hands over your heart and take a deep belly breath to allow yourself to engage consciously, rooted in love and balance. Feel your spirit here, feel your energy here. Ask yourself what is others and what is mine? Release the energy that is not yours. Speak affirmations if it feels aligned, I am here, I am presence, I am peace, I am held by my ancestors, and here in the presence of Creation, I am safe. Speak the prayers in your heart, praying peae and love and balance and harmony to our world. Align with this energy consciously. While it is important to acknowledge the impact of these systems, we must also remember that we are SOVEREIGN. And we are not powerless to this paradigm. 3) If it feels right, use sacred smoke to clear your space and your energy, especially when you are feeling density. You are encouraged to use plants and herbs local to your region. For instance, cedar, lavender, and rosemary are options to consider. 5) Lastly, engaging with the elements of fire or water are helpful to clear and transmute. Perhaps here you can take a few moments to journal, to release what has come up for you, that you care about but no longer wish to carry. Trusting in your sovereignty and in the importance of balance and harmony. Perhaps you would like to write down what you’d like to release on a small piece of paper, and safely, with the element of fire, speaking the prayers, intentions, and energy to RELEASE. After this small fire ceremony, you can come to the water, perhaps taking a shower or bath, and asking the water element to cleanse your energy field so that you can release and be available to receive for your and the highest good of the collective. May you receive the medicine you need. May we heal together and get free. May we evolve in the ways that are needed in this prophetic time.
