Emotional Boundaries (4-Workshop Series)

Practicing emotional/energetic boundaries is nuanced, deeply personal and complex. When we identify and hold our emotional boundaries, we can have more agency, freedom and choice in how we invest our energy.

In this workshop series facilitated by Chetna, we’ll explore emotional awareness, somatic intelligence, containment rituals and real life application to cultivate more safety, agency and care through practiced emotional boundaries.

This offering is for women and non-binary folx, which to us means those who are 18+ years old and identify themselves as women, trans or non-binary.

This workshop will be recorded.

What previous participants have said:

Boundaries have always been elusive for me – I understand the concept, but find it hard to communicate and maintain my boundaries. Chetna’s workshop really helped me to understand boundaries in an embodied way. It was also wonderful to experience being in a diverse group of people who are also struggling with boundaries – I truly appreciated the camaraderie we shared, and I learned so much from each person in the group. I highly recommend this course to any and all people!

Exploring my underlying feelings, needs and desires helped me identify why I struggle creating or maintaining certain boundaries. It also revealed what I’m missing out on by NOT doing so. Doing this work in a non-judgemental group setting reminded me that I’m not alone in this struggle and that we are all worthy of respect and kindness.
